About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated Cyber Security Trainer - Blockchain Technology to join our growing team at WhizHack. You will play a crucial role in our mission to secure the digital world.
Key Responsibilities :
- • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on cybersecurity topics, including but not limited to network security, application security, and threat management.
- •Blockchain Expertise: Deliver specialized training on blockchain technology, including its principles, architecture, and applications in cybersecurity.
- •Curriculum Development: Design and develop training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessment tools, ensuring content is up-to-date with the latest industry standards and trends.
- • Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate trainees' progress through tests, assignments, and practical exercises, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- • Mentoring & Support: Offer mentorship and support to trainees, addressing their queries and providing additional resources to aid their learning process.
- • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity and blockchain technology to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- • Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive training experience.
Required Qualifications :
- •Experience: 2-4 years of experience in delivering cybersecurity training.
- •Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools.
- •Blockchain Expertise: Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, including relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Blockchain Professional, Blockchain Security Professional).
- •Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Certifications: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH) and blockchain technology are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications :
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- •Previous experience working in a corporate training environment or educational institution.
- • Additional certifications in specialized areas of cybersecurity.
